FAQ's

These are some of the most frequent questions I get asked.

  • Do I have to use my sessions within a set period of time?
    You need to use sessions within a 3 month period when you purchase a block of sessions? If you book a monthly block you will be expected to rearrange sessions within that calendar month as they can not be carried over to the following month.
  • Do I need specialist workout gear?
    You can wear whatever you feel comfortable exercising in. The studio is private so you don't have to feel the need to dress up to fit in with the crowd. However, the studio can be a little cold in winter months, so we suggest you wear layers which you can peel off as you warm up exercising.
  • What notice do I have to give if I can't turn up.?
    I ask for 12 hours notice of cancellation so that I can rebook you in, and allow other clients to fill the vacant slot. If you do not give 12 hours notice you will be charged in full for your session, unless I am able to get another client to fill the vacant slot.
  • Do you do home visits?
    Yes. Home visit charges depend upon travel-time and fuel costs in addition to the session fee. Contact me directly if you wish to discuss this further.
  • I can't afford personal training sessions, what else can I do?"
    I do have a small number of sessions each week at my studio. These are called Tiny Group Training Sessions. (TGT sessions) You can book a block of 10 TGT sessions for £80. These TGT sessions are supervised, and we restrict numbers so that you only train alongside a maximum of 3 other TGT clients.
  • How long does each session last?
    Each training session lasts up to 50 minutes.
